What happens if you fail to engage with Turas Nua what are the penalties ?

Not very black and white I'm afraid. Turas Nua have no powers to cut welfare payments if that's what your referring to, however they can report lack of engagement to DEASP who can penalise those determined not to be engaging, be under no illusions, Turas Nua work off a fee and commission based arrangement so any money they save or expenditure they reduce for the DEASP is to their benefit.

It is really quite simple to engage with this shower, whilst actually not engaging, insure all any correspondence kept, any tasks you've completed, times and dates contact made etc. Claiming someone is not engaging is one thing, proving it another story.

Did you go through the Tus programme? I saw you asking the same question in that thread.

I had a first telephone interview with SEETEC this morning. She was an hour late, blaming a spill of water on her laptop then sent me someone else’s information by text message. Not a great start.

Mind Boggling stuff, it just amazes me that these people's wages are essentially paid by DEASP through FEE"s, it would also appear they employ people with little or no recruitment, Training or people skills.

I'd be curious to see how the Data protection commissioner would feel about another person's information being shared with you. It's outrageous and not the first time I have heard of such incidents to include Turas Nua.

These two companies have essentially been paid 10's of Millions of Euro"s throughout the pandemic for nothing, have achieved shockingly bad results generally and seem to employ clueless inviduals sitting in their kitchens at home, on laptops irratating people in between playing solitaire on their laptops. All their offices seemed to have been closed and yet the €millions keep rolling in.

It's just beggar's belief this Jobspath farce still on going despite numerous and shocking reports of incompetence and waste.

I am not on Turas Nua now did it 4 years ago . I got this tip

First, buy a cheap Alcatel phone with its own number, deactivate the voice mail and leave it switched off.

Then give them the number for this phone instead. Let them call you till their heart's content.

You could say your laptop got stolen .

I know someone on Turas always complaining they tell her to attend for a virtual meeting and then not show up . There was complaints that each advisor was to have no more than 120 . The advisor my friend is with told her she has 220 people !
