Nice to see two countries fighting with cartoons.

Seems to be a nice middle ground between diplomacy and outright warfare.

    Wonder where it's going?

Satire is a potent weapon, nothing autocratic politicians fear more than ridicule by the masses and will do everything to suppress it. Their delicate feelings might be hurt after all. Chapeau, Charlie Hebdo.

A friend of mine used to love the phrase 'to turn Turk', meaning to become a traitor (originally it meant to convert to Islam). Eventually, this lad went to Turkey to teach English, and now he's living there with his lovely Turkish wife.

Islamic cartoons are **** because they can't depict living things.
