Winter bird feeders

Any recommendations for a winter bird feeder? There are a couple of cats who roam the area in case that's a consideration. Our preference is to help the birds who struggle most this time of year.

Peanuts and sunflower hearts are the two best foods to provide. If there's cats, you want to ensure feeders are at least at head height, and keep them a metre or two away from any ground cover (e.g. bottom of a hedge or shrub) where possible.
