Moving VM cable box location

    Hi,

    Does anyone have experience of having the location of the virgin media cable point moved from one location to another?.

    I'm having some work done on the house in the new year, and will need to move it to the other side of the house.

    Any advice / watch-outs?. Is it done via normal customer service?.
