Synchronization of Windows & apple devices

Hi, looking to have my contacts & calendar in sync between my iphone ,iPad & windows machines. I use ms office 2016 & 365 & email accounts are imap. Contacts list include just numbers & also email addresses which I would like on my pc. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

I think the only way to do this is to use the web version of your email account. If you have say Outlook installed then the address book is only stored in that specific install of Outlook on the computer.
