Vanity units

    Hi guys

We bought a new build and builders are installing the standard leg type basins. We are either going to get the builders to install vanity units instead or else install them a few months after we move in which at that point the standard ones will have been fitted. Reason being were expecting the quotes to be mad money to install them.

Just wondering is there any issue wth removing the leg type one and installing the floor standing vanity units after the fact? Is there a lot of work to it? Mate is a plumber and he was like it's grand whatever..but just want to have an idea if there's much involved. Any effect on the tiling?
