What financial breaks are there for First Time Buyers?

    Hi all

    What deals / breaks etc are there out there for a First Time Buyer in October 2020 and forward?

    1. Is there a refund available from Revenue still?
    2 any Banks given a grant to go with them on the Mortgage
    3. Any of the service providers ESB / gas giving any deals to go with them??


    Any advice to pass onto a FTB would be appreciated. Am trying to help out a good friend and just doing some homework in background to help out in case they missed anything themselves

    Theres a lovely present from revenue to reward those who are prudent with their money and save a deposit through sacrifice... its called stamp duty...... ;)

    Outside of that some banks offer cash back.... others iffer to pay your legal fees.....
