    Hi all.
    Wondering has anyone a ballpark figure of what an Assigned certifier (Limerick region) should cost for a new build.

    House is 160 sq m and is ready to lay foundation.

    Builder has engineer and plans already (which I am happy with) so I just need independent certifier as thats what the bank requires to release stage payments.
