    Hi folks

Long story short I have ballytherm insulation under my floors and the floors have dropped in certain areas

I was told by someone that a new floor can drop 8-10mm and this is within building regulations and is an acceptable amount to drop

Could anyone on here confirm this?

    Thanks in advance

Is it a consistent drop everywhere or patches only. Is your floor build up, strip foundations with a floor a ground bearing floor Slab or a raft foundation?
