I.m thinking of painting an old window sill it's stone , not concrete.
    What primer should I use,
Eg it's an old victorian house.
I intend to use masonry paint white.
to match the other houses in the street,
is there a special primer to use on old stone walls?

Give it a coat of stabilising primer.
