EirCom Data Retention Policy

Hi, I am a old eircom user and my account was closed in 2017 and looking for a old bill from year 2017, tried contacting the eircom support team but no help. I would assume that, as per the data retention policy they should have kept all the details for at least 10 years. Can someone help me out here.
