Shed roof insulation

Hi I'd like to get advice on insulating my shed roof.
I've read up online about insulation and it's pretty confusing so I'm going to post a couple pictures up here and see what you's say.

I was thinking of putting insulation board up between the rafters and I'm wondering whether its essential to add a vapor barrier. I'd like to keep it as simple as possible but I want to do it right as well. I was also wondering if insulation roll might be a cheaper and effective option but will it get damp and create mold etc? There won't be many people in the shed, mostly just me for a few hours during the day so I cant imagine there will be much moister in the air.

What do you guys think? Is it ok just to put some insulation board up there and nothing else? Any recommendation?

I used large bubble wrap with chicken wire against a metal roof. Worked great.

A quick way would e to use some of these boards, a better way is to use rolls of insulation and then insulated plasterboard, but €€€

They're exactly the boards I was looking at. I'm just not sure whether I'd need to add a vapor barrier after. If its flush against the wood I'm assuming its wont condensate and therefore wont grow mold... but I'm not sure.

Thanks for posting the photos! The depth is 115mm, but its slightly pitched so its 160mm at the highest. The width is 390mm.
