Online TV alternative including TLC?

We are looking at moving from Virgin Media to Vodafone because of how much cheaper they are but it would be great if we could get out TV service independent of any one broadband provider.

Is there a legit provider - nothing pirate, nothing illegal, reliable, low maintenance - that offers better value on the normal terrestrial Irish and UK channels AND includes TLC that will run on Android devices? (Satellite dish not an option here and it would be great to have all channels on once source rather than switching to watch Saorview channels).

There is a similar thread for this but they are not looking to include this specific channel.

OP I hadn’t heard about this, they’ve been very quite about it, but Discovery+ is launching next month and will give you TLC programming and Discovery’s other channels for €5.99pm. www.dplay.co.uk

No free legit source of all terrestrial channels together, though the players for RTE, VMTV, TG4, and Channel 4 will give you access to most of their programmes. Sadly for the BBC it’s satellite or bust unless you live near the border or in the south east and can pick up a Freeview signal.

But that’s not an option for our OP. Vodafone TV doesn’t appear to have TLC though it will give the Irish terrestrials and BBC/Channel 4

5.99 for a service that all the channels are available fta? i guess it has its market but probably cant include discovery etc due to contractual issues with sky/nowtv.
