    Has anyone applied for a position with the ESB?

    Do they take long to contact you after the closing date?

    What's their hiring process?

    Hi Julie. I applied for their graduate program this year after speaking to them at the gradIreland fair and attending their CV clinic.

    I’m not sure about general entry positions; but the graduate route has exams and tests as the first round. Numerical, verbal, admin and logical reasoning.

    They contacted me a day or two after applying with a link to the test. It’s been about a week and a half since and haven’t heard results yet so I imagine it’ll be a bit of a wait for everyone since they have a large amount of graduate applications in right now.

    Thanks for your reply. It wasn't the graduate programme just a position they advertised on their website.
    Hoped to have heard from them by now. Closing date was in September.
