First time online bord bia audit here, mixed farm i.e cows, calves, weanlings and some finishers. I got the job of filling it up for the auld fella
Have the rest of the audit pretty much sorted, including remedies etc, but have to do the health plan.
We don't do any vaccinations and it's pour on closamectin on purchases and apart from that, it's sort out any animal that looks like it needs help.

Is there other stuff, that we should be doing that needs to be put in this health plan, and what date is the 2020 plan supposed to be completed.
It says upload completed 2020 plan ?

If there's no vaccines, just leave those boxes blank.
The Closamectin will treat fluke, worms, hoose and lice, so tick those boxes for whatever month you usually treat the cattle with it.
Otherwise, just tick the boxes saying that you check the stock for lameness/mastitis....

The date it's filled doesn't matter either...It's only a plan. So, you could fill it in January if you wanted, ticking the boxes with what you plan to do for the year

It's only a plan. If your finishing cattle ensure that if administered something and sold others a few days/weeks later that you list that tag numbers did not get treated.

Check when the TB test was done last, if it was done in December 2019, tick TB test in December for the 2020 herd health plan.

It needs to be completed for each group age of animals.
