    Hi just wondering could any people in cork/limerick/Waterford/tipp and Kilkenny put up suggestions for cheapest hardware shops in there area. Thanks.

    They all differ from my experience lately. Chadwicks are usually most expensive but good quality. Others may be the same or cheaper on certain items. Depends what you want and ring them up to prove

    cheers yeah i know of chadwicks, i was hoping to get maybe a couple in each county i could price.

    McMahon's in Limerick I found very good a few yrs ago. Shop around every where. Found online super for smaller stuff. Bought all the airtightness materials from Germany at a fraction of the price here. Even heating controls from the continent. Electrical goods from the north. Shop around for everything, watch the pennies and the pounds mind themselves

    If your building setup an account with chadwicks / Mcmahons prices are quite favorably different when you have an account
