Hi, just wondering have others experienced same issues.
So I've just been refused by Mazda Ireland to carry out work on my car that the main dealer has told me they cover for cars bought here in Ireland but because I imported the car from the UK they won't cover it.
Main dealer also told me its not always no because its imported often they will but its basically pot luck.
Its a known mazda issue and gonna cost me a grand so I think its unfair.
    Thanks.

If your car has a full Mazda main dealer service for all of its life you might have some chance. If it doesn’t, you can pretty much forget it.

Or check if Mazda dealer in Northern Ireland will do this. VW NI helped before, however it was bought from NI and the seller was in the business and helped.

Now that you mention it, a mate had a warranty on a Toyota carried out in NI before when the dealers in Ireland wouldn’t do it. So that could be an option for you OP.
