Complaint re Henley stove support and manual

    New house with new Henley Atlas 400 insert. First time using it set off fire alarm. Builder not available. No one at Henley will either answer phone or give support.
    The manual that came with it is useless. It shows controls different from the ones we have and gives no diagrams showing which control is which. Apparently one is supposed to intuit them.

    I find it appalling that they have no general customer support number to give advice to their customers. I don't know if this problem is a minor one due to not knowing how the controls work or whether it is something major such as the stove being put in backward. Henley brags it is one of the best companies in Ireland. How ridiculous is that!

    Anybody know of a phone number that wuold work to get help from them?
