Anyone know what the reason for the two garda jeeps one unmarked traveling at snails pace with the blue lights on, holding back the southbound traffic this morning about 830am between the Blanch ramp and toll bridge.
Just curious didn't hear anythin on the traffic report's.

I heard on traffic report this morning a problem between blanch and lucan. Not sure but it may have been debris on the road.

It's called a rolling road block.

I would have though some sort of obstruction like debris or clearing a collision.
