Making complaint to Financial Services Ombudsman

    Hi,

    I have a complaint that I have been trying to sort with a credit provider for almost a year now. I have been through their formal complaints procedure and I am now going to complain to the FSPO.

    Unfortunately, if I am unable to resolve this soon then I am likley to take a severe financial hit.

    How long would it be standard for the Financial Ombudsman to start to investigate or arrange mediation?
