Is Clippercide Disinfectant suitable for Foil Shavers.

I've seen it recommended for Hair Clippers but I'm not sure if it's suitable for Foil/Rotary shavers that are used on the face.

I know there are general cleaners such as the one below
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B001SSO2OS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_9VxJFb9M23016 but I'm not sure how good they are at disinfecting/sterilising.
