Butcher for meat for smoker

Any recommendations on butchers that may have cuts of meat suitable for smoking e.g. beef brisket or short ribs, pork shoulder or ribs or similar? Most butchers seem to have the same standard cuts as the supermarkets

If you are near Coolaney try PK Meats - I often get brisket from him, just order what you want and he will have it quickly, he often has stuff like that just to go in and ask as well.
