Work Holiday question

My job allocates our holidays for the year every Spring. This year we’ve only been working half our hours or less due to COVID. We have been getting our holiday weeks as normal despite not having worked up enough hours for them. Company now saying they will sort this out with each individual. So future holidays could be cut. Not really a problem as loads of time off anyway. My question is, when we got our holiday weeks should we have been getting paid in full for them? I don’t believe we were.

I believe that you would be entitled to your full holiday allowance for the 1st two months of the year and then pro-rata depending on the hours you worked from the lock-down onwards.

    Thanks for your reply.
We were on the TWSS scheme. This was used to pay for our holiday weeks. Can the company claim we were given too many holidays when the Govt. were effectively paying for them?
Also the company has taken a full weeks holidays from us despite only paying us for a three day week?
