Issue with mixer valve

Hi guys I have the following mixer valve http://imgur.com/gallery/l0sgiDQ Currently I'm not getting any hot water from the shower only cold. Cylinder is heating fine and the shower is on the same pipe that feeds the bathroom sink and downstairs sink and I have hot water at both of them. Any ideas?
