Dell inspiron 3451 speed

    Hi
    I have an dell inspiron 3451 that got very little use, as it was painfully slow. Now I know somebody desperately needing a laptop for Web browsing and some bit of Office/word/excel documents, with 0 budget.
    Is there anything I can do to upgrade it a bit, speed it up?
