Irish Life Health - missed 6 month deadline for submitting claim

    Hi folks
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts?

I have a Health Insurance Plan with Irish Life.

I had a bunch of physio receipts from last year that I only got around to submitting this month.

The reply I got was that they needed to be in within 6 months of policy ending, and I had missed that deadline (by 8 weeks).

It was longer in the past, it changed to 6 months in 2018.

It was in the T&Cs, section 2.1. Yes I know I should have read it more carefully, thanks in advance.

Can I expect to write these off? Any thoughts on whether there might be a way to approach this, its worth 300 or 400 euro to me, a fair chunk to me and not much to them.
