Will tree roots be an issue for small garden shed beside tree

Have dug out the ground to make level base for concrete. Removed alot of light roots from previous nearby planting. Tree roots also exposed and small quantities removed. Will probably go with 150mm deep concrete for shed which will measure 3m x 2m and will be 500mm from main trunk of tree which leans and grows away from shed area.
    Just a few queries:
Do I need a root barrier or dpm membrane ?
Should I use mesh in concrete ?
Will tree routes be an issue in future ?

Cherry roots run shallow through topsoil.

500mm is very close, you risk destabilising the tree when you cut through the roots on the shed side.

The shed foundation should be fine if you put a trench down on the tree side, maybe 2ft deep, and fill with concrete.
