Google Nest Mini problems

Every 4-5 days I have to reconnect my nest mini to my wifi. Was working fine for ages and then we came back after being away for a few days and it was disconnected and has been like this since Any thoughts??

Had similar with chromecast. Tried so many things I'm not sure what was the solution, but I think it may have been changing the WiFi channel to auto I did last.
