Im sure this has been asked before but is there anything out there(similar to help to buy) for people who cant avail of the help to buy scheme, we are looking to buy second hand home as none being built where we are currently seems just catering for social housing. Thanks

The scheme should really be renamed, it's not help to buy it help to put some extra money in developers pockets.
I've no problem with some sort of scheme or incentive to encourage developers building new homes but just be honest about it
