    Was going to report this via your site as I was walking past but way too many fields to fill out there. You should just let someone submit a photo & the location. Pic is attached.

    It's on Dyke Parade in Cork city, easy to find from the photo. Like I said I was just walking past yesterday so I've no idea of the answers to your other two queries obviously.
