I started with a company on March of this year.
    It is a salary job.
My contract states this on holidays.

“20 days off per year (this is the equivalent of 13 shifts) plus the 9 public holidays per year”

Now I worked some bank holidays this year and some I wasn’t rostered In for. My pay has remained the same every month whether I worked bank holidays or not.

The company are telling me I’m going only entitled to those 13 shifts per year and not the 9 public holidays as stated in the contract.

My question is, am I entitled to the full 29 days off per year or the 20 as I’ve now been told.

    Thanks.
