Fraudulent transactions boi uk

    After contacting security regarding fraulent transactions in my account. I was belittled and mad
    e feel like the report I was making was false. I have never reported transactions made by myself only those not authorised by me..I have been left extremely disheartened and disappointed with the response as it would discourage anyone from making a report. I was then accused of authorising payments with a code sent to my phone which I never received or authorised. Therefore have had to enlist support from action fraud. Poor service from.boi
