Gas Boiler Pressure

Looking for information , my gas boiler seems to have an unusual method to get the pressure back up , a hose from the cold tap and into the hot press . Is this something ever installer should be able to do as part of the service ? A previous guy I got sort of fobbed me off and said he had no hose and I'd to go hire a…

You have a unique filling system, get a plumber in to fit the correct device which is called a filling loop and you will be able to fill your heating system yourself when needed
