    Yes that box is fully compatible with the Sky Q LNB, you won't need to change it, with both cables connected you can record 4 shows at once.

    The Humax 1100s wouldn't work with it, you could fit a hybrid LNB which would allow the new Freesat box and the 1100s to work together...
