Anyone have a phone number or email address for Dewalt in Ireland?

I think the best you'll get is the info for service agents and retailers? http://service.dewalt.ie/DEWALT/IE/en-IE/AgentLocator/SearchAgentLocators

I'm trying to get a repair done under the 3 year warranty and spent a lot of time looking for email addresses and all I could find were the ones you'll get in that link.

Wake me up when it's all over.

They are certainly keeping contact hard to find anyway. Good luck in your quest

Just put your Eircode in and a few agents will pop up.

Same link I posted :D Not having a lot of luck with them myself. Just been told they can't do anything and my particular item (35 months old) has to be sent back to the seller Amazon and Amazon know nothing about the 3 year warranty :(

Edit>Read the OP while I was contacting the nearest DeWalt service agents and Amazon. I won't blame anyone as its an awkward issue. Item I need repairing is an LED torch that takes 18V XR batteries. There are no spare parts for that torch, the parts list for it has one item the full torch. So the service agents cannot repair it and say to return it to the seller. Amazon have no knowledge of the extended 3 year warranty that I signed up for with DeWalt so not really their problem.

I intend to see what the repair agents say with regards to other DeWalt stuff I have. I'm assuming that if there were spare parts available then they would have fixed it? If not the 3 year warranty isn't worth the bother of registering (although handy list of your stuff for insurance if its stolen).

But not all bad as Amazon gave me a £10 gift voucher and now I've looked at the Amazon receipt I realise that I only paid £24 for the torch in the first place and I bought it from Amazon Warehouse on Prime day with an extra 30% off :o

I'll give another contact for DeWalt Repair Shop NI. They seem to be able to sort things out better than any of the agents in the south. They supply spares, do repairs and honor the 3 year warranty, only downside is having to post your tool to Belfast for a repair.

Wake me up when it's all over.
