Starting right now, haven't had one of these types of series in a while:
The Bridge will see 12 strangers come together, on the banks of a picturesque lake in the British countryside, totally clueless as to what awaits them. Ready for adventure and excited by the unexpected, they will face an epic challenge that requires teamwork and trust in order to achieve the common goal of winning £100k.

The prize pot lies out of reach on an island 250 metres away from where the contributors are based. To reach it, they must work together to build a bridge in 20 days. If the group successfully work as a team and reach the cash before the deadline, overcoming a series of surprise twists in the process, each of them will get a vote for who they think is the most deserving of the life changing prize. The winner is then left with the trickiest decision of all – will they keep all the money or share it?

I hope they focus on actual bridge building techniques and not interpersonal bullsh1t :D

Could've been good if they didn't cast a majority of arseholes, and for a show called The Bridge... very little Bridge-building happened

Its like they took the most bland, dull bits and boring contestants from every outdoor C4 programme down the years and distilled it into the worst reality show ever produced. I literally cant focus on it, its just too boring.

Just be warned that the final is on tomorrow night not next Sunday...

Was fairly contrived, and some pretty weird focus in episodes that suddenly disappeared (Luke/Maura romance; and the running out of food rations). Barely any discussion/footage of how they built the bridge. I know it would be a bit boring to watch the whole bridge being built but they went from taking 5 days to properly build one 6 foot section to being able to do over 100 feet in a day. I can't see it coming back again.

However even with all the faults, which to be fair are common to most reality shows, I still found it enjoyable and easy to watch. Rowan was a good pantomime villain, and deserved winners.

Probably one of the weaker efforts by C4 in this genre of outdoor challenge reality shows.

As said before, the Bridge element seemed completely secondary and got very little attention. They appeared to have instructions, but that was never really noted. And there was no way of understanding how they went from no progress in a few days at the start to completing more than 10% of it in the final day.

But despite ignoring the bridge piece, I also feel like I don't know any of the characters really. Apart from Sly and Rowan maybe. There are lots of people that you're just like "who" ? e.g. Sam.

Didn't not like it. But didn't enjoy it either.

Oh and completing in the final 60 seconds allowed. Total BS. lol
