    not bad bad but kinda sore and clicking, doin rotations and stretches alrite but its not goin away, kinda looses power sometimes, feels like somethin out of place or trappd nerve or somethin, been pullin it, punchin it, cursin it, blessin it, nothin works.


    any ideas?

    came off a bmx in galway circa 2003, was 6 foot off the ground and upsidedown but landed poorly (upside down) its never been 100% since, but its not really troubled me much until now, i used to get a peppered massage from ex missus and that used to work

    been doin few nixers lately, might have triggered it. the rotator cuff thing looks interesting, readin it now

    wild annoying.
