    It would only take a few megathreads and FAQs to really streamline this forum:

    - How do people afford to live in X,
    - Social housing next door/nearby?
    - Log cabins and caravans,
    - HAP: yea or nay?
    - My landlord is a bastard,
    - My tenant is a bastard,
    - My bank is a bastard,
    - My neighbour is a bastard.
    - Jon Snow is a bastard.

    Any I've missed?
