Contacts Storage Battery Drain

I noticed my S10+ battery has been discharging a bit quick over the past couple of days. When I checked under Device Care, I see that Contacts Storage is at 26% and Play Services is at 18% - both seem very high? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and did you manage to sort it? I have run a clean up…

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and did you manage to sort it? I have run a clean up and hibernated almost all apps. I have also wiped the cache partition. Not sure what else to try?
