Late May might be worth it. But I would say there is only a 10% chance Covid wont still be a big problem.

That's the gamble alright. Prices in June go double or triple. Would u get the monies back or be able to defer flights. Who knows

What, are they having trouble getting people to go to America at the moment or something? Something going on over there?

Numbers of covid cases rising in all but 2 states, you couldn't pay me to go there at the moment.

A friend just pointed this out to me

Doubt they'll still be in business by then, especially with these prices...

Aer Lingus is part of a large airline group, IAG. They’ll still be in business

Unless the entry restrictions are lifted after a Biden election win, no-one will be able to enter the US anyway. Given that the border closure is partly political, I don’t see Trump opening up this side of Easter.

So only US citizens and their families, or green card holders can travel.

Still worth taking a chance and booking I suppose, and even if the flight has to be changed and the fare difference paid, you’re no worse off than waiting to book after entry restrictions are lifted

I’ve booked a couple of options, but I’ve an American wife

Are the mods going to do anything about these posts with false information like Twitter and Facebook are? Surely a temporary ban and a removal of the post at least?
