    Hi everyone.
Am guilty of putting getting the full license on the longer finger twice before and now hear that to get a third provisional license I must first book my driving test.

But wouldn't I need a provisional license again in order to book the test?

I looked online but it was confusing. Anyone have any more information?

    Thanks.

No, your licence does not have to be valid to book your test, you just have to provide your driver number which is on your licence. Then you can apply for a third learner permit.
