Where the 10mm enters the brass shut off valve? Try holding the valve body with an adjustable spanner and tightening the odd ball shaped nut with a small vise grips, don't clamp too tightly with the vise grips or you'll distort the nut. Mine was leaking at this joint but it wouldn't tighten so I replaced the shut off valve.
