    Navan 2:05 - got a word from connections of Iva Batt that they are seriously impressed with this horse at home and think it has a cracking chance today. 11/4 not a super price, but based on what it's done against some very good horses, I have decided to have a punt myself.

    On that, got tip this morning from a 'friend of a friend' type thing saying Spencer fancied his mount in the 7.30 Kempton. How reliable i don't know but have backed it for a small few quid anyway.
