Hi all. My girlfriend and I both use Gomo, her on IOS me on Android.

We both have this problem in the neighborhood around our apartment block where our 4G does not give us internet. We have coverage, but there is no connection. At first, I thought this was a result of me buying a new phone (OnePlus 8), but she started having the same issue.

On the oneplus when it happens I get an exclamation mark on the 4G coverage icon in the notification bar.

I contacted Gomo, but they're just asking us to restart the phones etc. The problem is clearly on their end because our devices could not be more different, but they seem uninterested in fixing it.

If your phones are working properly elsewhere in 4G then it is likely an Eir mast problem.
