At a glance, they look reasonably ok, if not quite lightweight. Main concern would be the (what appear to be) chinese wheels & hubs. There could be problems getting spares, bearings etc as they wouldn't necessarily be readily available. Make sure they come with an EU conformity cert/type approval too.
