Cost of Renewing Flat Roof

    Just got a few quotes for renewing a Flat felt roof of 45 square metres. I was quoted €3000 to have torch on felt applied over the old felt and some small sections of underlying board replaced. open to correction but I think the cost of the felt would be something like €500. Its supposed to take 2 days, not sure how many working on it, presume 3 at the most. Seems expensive, is this the going rate?

    Went ahead and got it done yes. cost €3000. thats what it costs apparently. they did a good job

    Looking to get a flat roof replaced but also changing a window that is in it to a Velux window. Have one quote but seems high, anyone know any roofers/glazers in the Dublin area that might do something like this. Thanks

    ive gotten or 7 quotes and they are wildly different. its a bit of pot luck i reckon. but dont go with the cheapest, i got 650 all the weay to 5k/
