    Hi

My dental implant fell out (have it 6 years). Well the abutment and crown. The screws are still in. Can this be saved?

I put it down to the fact I have periodontis.

You need to make an appointment in the Clinic where you had the implant placed, as soon as you can. Hold onto the crown/abutment, unless it is broken, in most cases it can be reseated, if you lose it, you have to pay quite a bit for a new one.
