    Hi I was using online chat on Friday trying to cancel my account was told some one would call me. Haven't heard back . Can you advise?

    Just private message us the Electric Ireland account number, the name, address, telephone number on the account, and state in the message for GDPR/Data Protection that you are the account-holder.
