Yellow numbers written on wall near house boundary

    Just noticed this morning that yellow numbers were spray painted on the wall between mine and neighbours house. I think they are moving soon and it is probably related to that, just curious of the meaning and what it stands for.

    9c I 15 is what was sprayed, with the 'I' being a line between rather than the letter 'I'.

    Any more along the road/walls? Contractor measurements-owner/council/water/esb?

    Not that I can see. Just that line with 9 at one side and 15 on the other.

    Yellow is for gas


    Red electric


    Blue is for water


    They must be going to do some work
