Flashing LED light for runners

I am looking for a flashing LED light for running.

I have used the kind of florescent green one on my arm but it useless during the day.

I want what the bikers are using: bright white LED that you can see from a great distance even during the day.

Ideally I want one for my arm with a forward facing LED and also a backward facing LED.

I do a lot of rural road running and the number of drivers I see holding their smartphone is frightening me, not counting tractors and trucks. And the omnipresent danger of cars coming from right turning left onto the main road I am running on and not looking left (if run on road you'll know what I talking about): I had 3 of these today on my 20 miles run :cool:.

I use these...clip onto a large safety pin...

Nearly killed myself a few times out running, worst time was a woman in a jeep, NOT on the phone, just in dreamland..

Any cycling shop will have a selection of those. And Lidl/Aldi have them in their extras every now and then.

Thanks Thomas but those armbands are useless during day light.

I run on rural roads with no street lights and I find this very good. I use a small little hand held torch also if I'm on my own, if there's 2 or 3 of us out together all with decent lights (like the one i linked) then i don't bother with the small handheld torch.
